Guidelines on PE-TM Chain Binding on DLT

Important

PE-TM Chain Binding is applicable only for clients sending DLT based SMSs in India and have active SMS agreement with WebEngage.

As per latest TRAI guidelines, all Principal Entities (PEs) are required to add their Telemarketer (TM) on DLT portal. If TM is not added & approved on your DLT portal, your SMSs will be Rejected from 1st December 2024.

So, you as PE will need to add WebEngage (TM) on the DLT portal.

What you have to do:

1. Login to your SMS service provider portal
2. Go to PE-TM Chain section
3. Go to New Chain / New Request
4. Add our Company "Webklipper Technologies Private Limited" (TM Id - 1102468120000083165) as Telemarketer.
5. Once approved by WebEngage, you will again get an approval request on the DLT portal for the final PE-TM Chain and you have to approve the same.
